Windows 64bit (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Image/Canvas resize dialogs
'default' and 'percentage' presets settings

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open any image
3. open Image (shift+s) OR Canvas Resize (shift+c) dialog
4. change preset from any to percentage, e.g. 50%

Issue A
'Keep ratio' checkbox automatically unticks
It should not unticks as percentage value is the same for both Width and Height fields

Issue B
5. select <Default> preset
all values retuen to default except Width and Height, they remain in %
