[Feature request] Blend mode for watermark

Hello, it would be great if you add "Blend mode" (like in photoshop / premiere) for images that using for watermarks on photo.

Here is how it looking in photoshop:

Same feature must be in XnConvert to mass watermark images. Thanks!

I join the request. I really miss this feature here. Each photo is dark/light differently and the watermark is difficult to see on certain backgrounds. The Blend mode function solves it. And the option of watermark size based on % of photo height is also missing here. Please add these functions if possible.
