1.4.0 - batch convert - Waves strange result

XnView MP 1.4.0 64bits
Windows 64bit (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Batch convert
'Waves' produce strange result

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open any image (or attached)
3. press ctrl+u to open Batch convert dialog
4. add 'Waves' action (Misc > Waves) with any settings
result is either black or transparent

The attachment batch_convert_waves_strange_result.png is no longer available
