Duplicate file needs skip option

General/File Operations/Duplicate files:
There are several options, all involve adding a tag to the duplicate files. There needs to be a skip option for when I don't want to create duplicates.

I found out that manually copying a file tree in windows loses all of the categories assigned to the pictures. Someone said that to preserve categories one had to do the file transfer within the XnviewMP. When I tried to consolidate two picture sets, it created a bunch of duplicates which is not what I was hoping for.
