1.4.3 - filter - align Effect Parameters to the top left

Filter dialog
Some Effects have Parameters with stretched vertically aligment.
I guess they shall be aligned top left instead.

  - Enhance details
  - Enhance Focus
  - Focus restoration
  - Reduce noise

• Misc
  - Add mask
  - Border 3D
  - De-interlace
  - Saturation
  - Shear
  - Slice
  - Waves

Thanks to your detailed description I can reproduce the problem.

But for

- Emboss
- Emboss more
- Enhance details
- Enhance Focus
- Focus restoration
- Reduce noise

there is no parameters....

yep, but, imho, it is better to have "No settings" text aligned top left as well

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.4.4. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
