XnViewMP rename start step

When I use "edit" "rename" function there's an option for START STEP. They do not seem to do anything. How can I get this function to work?

I assumed that I could rename my files something like this if I set start to 100 and step to 10

picture 100
picture 110
picture 120
picture 130

In batch rename ?
You must use this template : picture ###
with a # for each digit
