Crash after search similar files below 50
I found that when searching (>5000)for similar files many times, if the similar picture content is lower than 50, the screen will temporarily lose signal and turn black. After the CPU is running at full speed, sometimes even slow down or crash the operation after completion.

I don't know if the algorithm is different, but some results are really far apart (see picture).
If the search time is set below 50, XnView MP will temporarily consume 100% of CPU resources (compared to the highest 15%).
I hope that the next version can improve the search for similar pictures, thank you for your attention.

i'll check but a lot of files can consume a lot of resources...

Reporting the situation, it turned out that my computer ram problem caused the crash to have nothing to do with the program, but the search function of XnView MP still consumes CPU resources compared to other freeware programs, even with a small number of pictures.xnview wrote: Mon Mar 20, 2023 1:31 pm i'll check but a lot of files can consume a lot of resources...
