Folder selection empty

I want to do a batch conversion.

I open the batch conversion interface (Tooles > Batch convert) and select a folder (Add folder), but the view of selected folders/images stays empty.

When I pull a folder from Windows Explorer into the window, it works.

it works here, which format do you have in this folder?
