XnView Classic colour balance to Gimp colour balance

Hi,

In Image/Adjust/Bright...contrast...balance you can adjust the Colour Balance of an image on each color channel from -255 to 255.

In Gimp, there is a Colour Balance that goes from -100 to 100, how to convert the XnView to Gimp values ?
