Extract Current Frame (it Crashes The Software)

The Same For.... Save Frame As (it Crashes The Software)

This bug drives me crazy

I just tried it again, and nothing, it always fails

I even tried it with administrator rights and it also fails

I tried it with more than 40 videos, and nothing!

I do not know what else to do
