Folder address row to sync and open/show the corresponding folder?

Post by iorx »

Hi,

I may be imagine it, but I believe this was the case in some earlier version? Not? :D

So question is like the title, is it possible for the browser to expand into the folder currently in the address field?

Got a couple of favourites setup and clicking on them and end up in the corresponding folder in the folder view would be awesome.

Brgs and huge KUDOS for an superb picture browser!

to expand UNC path, you need to change value of expandUNC in your xnview.ini

Hi,

Added the options in expandUNC=true in the [%General] section.

Is this option suppose to work when browsing within XnView, that it syncs image path in the folder view?

Going from Explorer, opening a file from a UNC-path, and then clicking on the Browse button makes XnView "hang" for a moment (like 10s). After that it shows only Desktop in the folder view, didn't expand into the UNC-path which I think it was trying to do.

I'm on 1.5.0 since a couple of minutes ago :D
