1.5.0 - draw - move - stops working

Windows11 (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Draw - move
few issues with move action

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open any image
3. press SHIFT+D to open Draw
4. scroll to zoom-in, eg to 400%

Issue A1
5. right click on image, hold and start moving
- hand cursor will appear
- viewing area will jump to the top of the image
- it only possible to move image ~10-20px in each side

Issue A2
6. zoom-in max to 1600%
7. right click on image, hold and start moving
- not possible to move image at all

Issue B
5. select Eyedropper
6. right click on image, hold and start moving
- hand cursor will appear for a split of the second and change to Eyedropper

B - still remain. I doubt this is feature as cursor changes to hand (while dragging) with all other tools.
