XMP color labels not updating when changed

When I change color label outside current version of XnView, in older versions of XnView, or other software, color label not updating according to XMP data. How to make it to update?

So, i have xmp with Label "blue", in Metadata>Labels read field for "blue" is "blue", so it can read it right, but XnView shows green icon on image, because last time I change it inside this current version of XnView was green. How to make it to update to correct color?

Oh, thank you, it was not obvious for me for some reason, I searching in settings.
