Storage location of Catalog and Thumbs DB on Mac

Hello. I have been generally enjoying XnView MP, but have not been able to find where the Catalog and Thumbs DB are stored. In Settings/Catalog it seems to be implied that there are files in each subdirectory, but I don't see them, even using Terminal "ls -a" ; I see nothing but the files I put there.
I need to know where these files exist because the plan is to migrate the whole structure to a NAS so everyone in the family can access the same files. Can anyone advise, please?

I withdraw the question. I found my answer on the forum. It appears i missed clicking on a tab... silly me.

If there's anybody who hasn't found it, in Preferences click the Integration menu then click Paths. Duh ...
