I'm particularly concerned about the Canvas resize action - the action accessible from the main menu (Image > Canvas resize) for example doesn't have the Alpha setting control while the same action in the Batch convert has it. So the only way to make the canvas bigger while adding a transparent background is to use the Canvas resize action in the Batch convert, even if I want to resize just a single image.
It's quite confusing and needlessly complicated in my opinion. Or I'm missing something, that's also possible.
I'm using the XnViewMP 1.4.2 64bit on Ubuntu 22.04.
