How to change the default date-time stamp format when renaming files?

from: _yyyy-mm-dd-hh-mm-ss
to: -ddmmyyyy hhmmss

Maybe this is set in the .ini file under [Timestamp] ?

date=@Variant(\0\0\0\xe\0%\x89\xd1)
time=@Variant(\0\0\0\xf\x2\xf8\xcd\xa0)
