create error/saving error

hello, I am trying to convert the layers in a psd file into seperate png files for a project, but i am getting a "create error" on each file no matter what i try

sorry, but you have not a rights problem with output folder?

i might not be understanding what you mean, but i got the program off of the official website so i dont think i should be having an issue with rights, im using it for a personal project and am not part of a company, and the liscense says i have the rights to use the program

Are you able to open an image directly in the XnView MP viewer using the long path ... terdle.psd (48) 240x279x32 ?

That, despite the fact that the file is shown as being loaded in Batch convert, seems an unusual path unless maybe I am missing something.

Also, XnView MP doesn't fully support the PSD format, and I am not sure if there is any support for viewing individual layers?

try to do the same from other folder, eg ..\Desktop\1 or c:\1

if it does not help you can post your file here (delete/blank all sensitive info there)
