When File > Print... > Layout tab is selected and the option Maintain aspect ratio is checked, when the set Width or Height value is changed the corresponding dimension value is not changed.
Example: Width value changed from 10 to 9, the Height value remains at 10.

width/Height is applied to selected files, so height can't be changed
