Some blp-format files wont open

I've got a few blp files that do not load in XnV with the following application alert.
Error: "File can't be loaded!"

I've attached some such files here (in a zip because the blp format is not supported by the forum).

Thanks to your detailed description I can reproduce the problem.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.6.3. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
