1.6.2 Flash on screen when entering full screen mode

XnView MP: 1.6.2 64-bit (Windows)
OS: Windows 11 - 64-bit

When entering full screen mode there is usually a momentary white flash of two horizontal bars at top and bottom of the screen just before the Full screen image appears

Effect: Display glitch

To reproduce:
1. Browse to a folder with images (mine were jpg)
2. Select one of the image files.
3. Open fullscreen (view) using either F11 key or View->Fullscreen
Actual behaviour (bug): Momentary white flash (top and bottom) just before image appears

Expected behaviour: No white flash before the image appears

Perhaps I ought to have added I use portable zip version, set a black background.
I have xnview MP it on three computers, it happens on all of them.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.6.3. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
