How to move subtoolbar (in Gallery view) to main toolbar?

When I open a folder with multiple images XnViewMP shows at the top (of the Gallery view) but BELOW the main toolbar a sub toolbar (see attached snapshot).

How can move all these sub toolbar icons from sub toolbar to main toolbar just above?
there should only be one and only toolbar.

it's not possible, but you can add some items in your main toolbar with settings
