remove button in actions and live preview of actions in input tab

1st picture - actions
When you press CTRL + U it appears the Batch convert menu.
I have many photos that i manipulate the same time.
1) However, some photos when i review them, eg. dont need crop. an "X"-remove button is missing from viewer.
I must do that in 2nd step by going to "input" tab.

2nd picture - input files
2) It will be very helpful to see the "actions" live to all selected pictures. However sadly, this is not happening.

1. what is the problem with standard file selection shortcuts?
- have files selected in Browser
- hold CTRL+click LBM to unselect/select any file
- press CTRL+U

2. just do multiple converts until you're happy with the result

This is not very quick if you have 1000+ files.
In actions, you can preview files. It is better to decide instantly if you like the image to nbe converted instead of making additional steps to unselect it.

--- also going with "arrows" one by one in preview is very slow. An additional slide bar will be very helpful too.
