thumbnails for .cbr and .cbz files
Hi!
I can't manage to view the thumbnails for .cbr and .cbz files (the only reason for using other file explorers). I can view them thanks to CBX Shell and DarkThumbs in other file explorers. Interestingly, in some folders with .cbr or .cbz files, a comic book cover is displayed for the folder, but inside, no cover is shown for any file.
I hope you could fix it because it's crucial for me to be able to use it.
Thanks a million!!!!

Yes, with version 1.7.0 but it also happened with the previous one.
Re: thumbnails for .cbr and .cbz files
Hi! for example this file
https://archive.org/download/HalFoster/ ... s%20wu.cbr
I just checked that the cover is shown in the Windows Explorer thumbnail but not in XnView MP.

Re: thumbnails for .cbr and .cbz files
there are few issues
to reproduce:
0. clean unzipped version
cbr has some (see B) thumb
1. goto Settings>File list>Custom filter
there are cbr and cbz extensions in Archives group
A
2. press OK
3. restart app
thumb is blank
B1
2. add cbr into Included group
3. press OK
thumb appears, but its generated from 23rd file
expected
thumb to be generated from the 1st file
because it is logical that if the cover exists in the archive, it should be the 1st file
B2
2. delete cbr from Archive group
3. press OK
thumb appears, but its generated from 23rd file
file opens as single image, not an archive - guess this is expected behavior

Re: thumbnails for .cbr and .cbz files
right, cbr needs unrar.dll which is only available as 32bits. I need to check if a 64bits exists...
