Post by user0 »

XnViewMP 1.7.1 64bit
Windows11 (23H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Viewer - image dimensions
incorrect image dimensions of large file on scroll with ☑ Two-pass rendering at loading (default state)

To reproduce:
0. have few small images in folder and Van_Gogh_-_Starry_Night_-_Google_Art_Project.jpg (30,000 × 23,756 / 205 Mb) from Wikipedia
1. open any small image in Viewer
2. scroll to big image
image dimensions in Statusbar/Info will be incorrect for a few seconds

no such issue when:
- large file is opened directly from win file explorer via double-click OR
- ☐ Two-pass rendering at loading

it's when you use 'Settings>Misc>Two pass rendering', it's the image size of low resolution image

yep, I got that
I just don't think it's necessary to display intermediate data, as it doesn't make any sense to the user.

probably better to:
- leave it blank OR
- use some placeholder, eg '...'
