Open macOS Photo Library

I have been trying to open my Photo Library on macOS but do not seem to see how this is done.

you need to go in the folder of Photo library

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I have tried the following paths.

/Users/%USERPROFILE%/Pictures/Photos Library.photoslibrary
/Volumes/Macintosh HD/Users/%USERPROFILE%/Pictures/Photos Library.photoslibrary

Am I looking in the wrong place? If not, what do I need to do to see my photos at these paths? I have thousands of photos in my Photo Library.

and no files are shown?

In macOS directly these paths opens the Photo Library app. However, in Xnview opening any of the following three Photos Library.photolibrary folders it show nothing. See attached
