Thumbs not updating

Its when I rotate pictures the preveiw shows straight but the browser veiw shows turned..I even run refresh and try to run other apps to name fix and still it shows diffrently from each other in the two locations for the one image ...dont know how to fix this ...

If the issue is that the thumbnail in the overview screen is not updating, wouldn't resetting or deleting the catalog solve the problem?
