re-scan directory (update thumbnail cache)

Right now once a directory has been scanned and its thmbnails cached, there's no good way to force it to re-scan - I have to go into the options and dig through the cached directories and delete the one I want updated, and then go into the directory again to force it to scan. Just a toolbar button would work for me, although a right-click menu option when browsing in the viewer would be nice.
