XnView: MP 1.7.2 - 64-bit
OS: Windows 11 - 64-bit
When an image is zoomed to, say, 200% and you use page-up or page-down to view the previous or next image, the image is zoomed to 200% but it doesn't expand the window to match the zoom setting. You'll see the center area of the image but not the whole image unless you tap to zoom in or out which suddenly makes the window snap to the right size. However, if you page to another image, the bug happens again.
Effect: When paging through images, you see a zoomed image at the correct % but the window size is fixed at 100%.
To reproduce:
1. Open an image in a folder that contains multiple images
2. View -> Tab -> unchecked
3. View -> Zoom -> 100%
4. View -> Zoom -> Fit window to image
5. Tool -> Settings -> View...
Pixel ratio: 1.00 square
Zoom step: Fixed step 2
High zoom quality:
Zoom out: Lancos 4
Zoom in: Lancos 4
(Everything not mentioned is unchecked)
Actual behaviour: From one image to the next, zoom level % is retained but window size remains stuck at 100% for the loaded image.
Expected behaviour: Window size changes to match zoom level. If the zoom is 200%, the window size should be 200%.
