Yellow tint on AVIF files after conversion

There's a slight yellow tint on AVIF files after I convert it from JPEG. It persist even when I changed the compression to lossless, changed the 'format' to 444 and ticked the "preserve color profile" box. The problem doesn't appear when I convert to other formats. I am using Windows 11.

Update: I think it's not the fault of XnConvert. The problem doesn't appear on XnView MP, IrfanView, and Chromium-based browsers but does appear on default Windows photo app and FastStone Image Viewer, which required the codec from Windows Store.
