Color error after conversion

I have a lot of images in my photo collection in "DNG" format because I convert all photos from my cameras to "DNG" before saving them on the computer. XNVIEW MP also displays these images correctly (in terms of color), as I am used to from LRC. However, when I convert an image to JPG (whether in XNVIEW or XNCONVERT), I get a pale magenta cast and the contrast is gone. I'm attaching a screenshot and hope that someone knows how to avoid this, because it means a lot of manual rework every time - actually unacceptable.

Thankyou for reply. I cannot send this DNG-File here, because it is not supported by the system. Should I send it (13 MB) via WeTransfer?
