rc1: [minor] disable exif/iptc menu items in viewer

When there is a image (-format) opened in viewer which is not capable of handling exif- or iptc-data, the sub-menu-items of edit - metadata should be disabled (like in browser). Right now, some are enabled and some are disabled.

BTW1: If the user has a PNG-image opened in viewer and he wants to add IPTC data to image and save as JPEG, he has to save as JPEG first and then add IPTC data, right?

BTW2: Which image-formats can handle EXIF- and IPTC-metadata in XnView?

This is supposed to be fixed in XnView 1.82. As long as fixing is not verified and confirmed, it will remain in the "Bug reports".
