Viewer - spotlight
few issues
to reproduce
1. open any image in Viewer
Issue A
2. open Spotlight...
no Spotlight effect is applied,
Undo has 1 step history
expected behaviour
- Spotlight effect to be shown by default (as it applies if you click Apply button)
- Undo button to be greyed (as there should be no step back on start)
Issue B
2. make selection
3. open Spotlight...
selection remains, but no spotlight effect applied to this selection
Issue C
2. open Spotlight...
3. make selection
4. press Esc
Spotlight panel closes, but spotlight effect still shows (no dirty indictor though, as it only applies to cached image)
