import modes (Copy, Move) are not visible enough, which is inconvenient

General
- add explicit Import modes
- Copy, Move, maybe "Add to Catalog" (only) as well
- rework "Sort by" control from custom to default combobox
- rework Video
- remove checkbox from Video group
- add checkbox to Subfolder
- rename dialog
Import and sort → Import

- rework Photo/Video/Categories settings into tabs
so dialog take less vertical space and settings are easier to separate visually,
downside - not all settings are visible without clicking on tabs
