It will only crash if you use an input method. You need to add Chinese language and add Microsoft Pinyin Input Method keyboard, switch to Chinese Input, then type "yao" and select the character "耀". (Use the Page down/up keys to turn the page and find the character.)
The program will crash when there is only one "耀" character in the input box.

The new version 1.82 still hasn't solved the problem of flashing back after typing the Chinese character “耀” in the program.

I discovered that it’s not just one character causing the crash; in addition to "耀" (U+8000), "耄" (U+8004) also leads to a crash.
As mentioned earlier, the crash only occurs when using an input method, while pasting these characters does not cause a crash.
