1.8.0: Keyboard shortcuts don't work when Russian keyboard layout is active

XnView: MP 1.8.0 - 64-bit
OS: MacOS 14.6.1

If I switch the keyboard layout from English to Russian, I can't use any keyboard shortcuts.

Effect: Keyboard shortcuts don't work.

To reproduce:
1. Open any image file.
2. Switch the keyboard layout from English to Russian.
3. Press "cmd + W" to close the window.
Actual behaviour (bug): Nothing happens.

Expected behaviour: The window XnView closes.
