Import and Sort: Merge into existing Subfolder which name is "Date[space]Description"

Hi All,

I would like to enhance the Import and Sort functionality by adding an option to select import into Subfolder which name is "Date[space]Description"
For example: This is my current folder structure:

Each day directory has an additional description in the title just after the date.

If I run Import and Sort with selected Subfolder option and selected pattern [Y/m/Y-m-d] a new directory "2023-11-29" will be created under 2023\11 folder if there are new photos taken this date. I would like instead to merge new photos into existing directory "2023-11-29 Birthday party"

This is a common use case if there are many cameras, smartphones etc. in the family and at the end we would like to "merge" all our photos into a common harddisk. Currently this is not possible with additional Descriptions for each day (which is really helpful to remind what happened that day).

Solution could be to implement * placeholder in Subfolder. Something like this:

and the logic: if there is a directory with the matching date or directory name starts with the matching date then merge photos into this directory.

nah, it will be mess as there is no explicit destination
Where to import if there are multiple folders with the same date, but different description, into 1st one, what sort order?

You have to import files into date_manual_description folder and then sort manually.

In my case there is always one folder for each date with description. In case if there are more than one folders with same date but different description image could be imported to the new folder with date only.
