1.8.1 - viewer - selection - resizing when setting free aspect ratio

Windows11 (23H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Viewer - selection

To reproduce:
1. open any image in Viewer
2. make any selection and release LMB
3. grab any corner point and start resizing to selection (do not release LMB)
4. press A (Free aspect ratio)
selection will resize to its previous size
5. drag corner for a few pixels more
selection will resize back to cursor position

expected behavior
selection should not resize when you change aspect ratio to 'Free'

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.8.3. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
