Quick Filter searching through the displayed/configured data below every element

Post by sx090 »

Hey there,

I have folders of mixed elements from different sources, like IPhone, Android Phones etc.
Sometimes I want to quickly have a look at the elements captured by a specific model, e.g. IPhone 15.

The data is already there in my folder preview panel because I added / configured it to show up.
My question is: Is it possible to use the "Quick Filter" to search through all the shown fields for every picture (without the need to click the 3 dots "..." and do a thoroughly search which takes a while AND also displayes the search results differently)?

Would love to be able to search for the camera model here to quickly reduce the full folder view to only the matches:

Any ideas on how to activate it?
Or if not available, could this be added?

Thanks :)

Yes exactly - and that obviously depends on user configuration anyhow. In my case, I see the camera model, so my usecase would be filtering these values.

But yes, generically spoken, the whole thumbnail label.

Perfect indeed - after enabling this option within the small dropdown:

I can easily search the configured labels, and therefore (my usecase) the smartphone model name... PERFECT, thanks so much!

Excellent !
Merci Pierre
