Suggestion

• Settings > Thumbnail > Appearance
  
  • uncheck 'Spacing between labels'
    as it produces unnecessary visual noise
  • set 'Label alignment' to Left
    to improve readability

• Settings > Thumbnail > Labels
  • encapsulate 'Custom 1' label in (( ))
    to hide it if the tags don't exist
