Tools -> Open with no longer available after upgrade to 1.8.2 [Solved]

Hello,
For a long time I've used the Tools -> Open With, method to launch various tools for my images.
Today I've upgraded to the latest version of XnViewMP 1.8.2 and this entry seems to have disappeared from the menu

To check it's not me going crazy I also downloaded the 1.5.5 zip version (without installing), and the option does still exist there including all my configured apps:

Has something changed requiring me to configure something additional to get this menu entry back?

I was able to add 'Open with' to the toolbar, that does show all the apps I had configured, so at least the configuration information is not lost. But the menu entry in 'Tools' is.
