I would like to know how (or if) I can use XnView to convert a movie in MOV format to Video for windows AVI format or MP4 to be seen in iPod.

You need "TMPGEnc Free" or "QuickTime Pro" for that.

Thanks. I have downloaded TMPGEnc free but there is not too much documentation and I have failed to convert from MOV to AVI. Could you provide some hints or how to configure to succeed ?
