1.8.3: Batch convert - picture Resize in percent, unlogical

Hello,
it is not a bug, but a unlogical option.


Problem:
to resize picture with the option "keep relations" i could select so on dimensions for width and height.

Proposal:
if I activate "keep relations" one field should be disalbled e.g. height (in Percent)
see picture.

I tested the batch conversion with these settings and the whole picture size get reduced to the smallest percentage.
I used 50% for heigth and 100% for width and the destination picture get a size of 50%.

I can confirm the error.
The program resize function works correct.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.8.4. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
