Add charset encoding choice to Web page creator

It would be nice to enable user to choose charset encoding when creating WWW gallery.

Perhaps you must change it in .html file???

Yes, of course it is a solution. But it would be nice if user could set it up somewhere in options.

Right, much better than changing each single HTML template file. There should be a variable for the language code which can be used in the HTML templates.
