Color scheme

Hi )
Where I can set color for this zones ? I want set color as RGB 36/36/36 , but where this can do ?
For main interface I can find and set , but for this zones I can not find where this do )

I want do style as in ACDSee Pro 8.0 , fully copy color scheme and location of the controls )
