more filters + reduction of filter intensity

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to upload more filters like “retro”, for example, like filters on instagram like Oslo, New York, etc. and in addition I would like to use other filters from the “retro” section, but I do not see the possibility of reducing their intensity, and when I add this filter the photo becomes for example total black, and I want the effect on the photo to be gentle, so that it does not deform the photo.
