Viewer - statusbar - zoom level
max zoom level does not show value higher than 1600%

To reproduce:
1. open any small image in Viewer, eg 10x10
2. make Viewer window wide enough
3. set zoom to 'Fit image to window' or 'Fit image to window, small only'
image will be zoomed over 1600%, but statusbar indicator is capped at 1600% level
