Add option to set keyboard cursor to scroll up/down

Hi:)

Is possible set keyboard cursor left/right to scroll up/down?

I would like the up and down arrows to move to the previous and next photo and the right and left arrows to scroll up and down the photo

I know where to change the settings, it's just not possible to do so
