Why was be removed Decoder and Encoder FLIF

Why in latest versions absent libflif.dll ? This not good , because losting feature for read and write this format ) I understand what FLIF later moved to JPEG XL , but still ,why this plugin removed ?

on Win 7, there is a problem with archive.dll, you can take the dll from 1.4 package

Hi, I am curious about the decision to remove FLIF support from XnView. Are there any plans to bring back full FLIF support as a plugin, or will JPEG XL fully replace it in the future?

I think what JPEG XL in future replacing more formats , only need optimize viewing speed) now I in easy stupor at speed and CPU load , still when I7-6950X load up to 50% or more , this not normal , JPEG XL need optimization ) I think , what this format if not possible optimize on CPU , need move to GPGPU for example CUDA / OpenCL or QuickSync )
