Add the command of "convert filetype"

As far as I know, the current way to convert a file type (e.g. bmp to jpg) in Xnview is to "save as" and "delete" the original file. Is it possible to add a command to allow this to be done in one step? The MS photos app sets a nice example as seen below. File converter function is embed in the command of "resize image"

1. when you click the Save button (in MS Photos), the 'Save As' dialog opens, offering to save a new file in a new format, so you have to delete the original manually anyway
2. there is absolutely no reason to have a 'save to file' button in the resize dialog

You are right, but can you do better than MS photos?

provide greater convenience by providing a command to combine this "save as" and "delete" function to one step?
