2.52.0 cannot properly read GIF

2.52.0 cannot properly read GIF.
It's reading only first few frames.
Tried to attach GIF, but it's too large.

2.52.1 crashes when opening this file.
dmp file created in CrashDumps folder.

right, all frames can't be loaded due to memory limit
